Zacharia Anderson stood trial for the murder of Rosalio Guttierez and hiding his body.
Bit of a strange reaction towards your client??? The case of Zacharia Anderson. Zacharia or more often known as Zack Anderson, ( but has received the nickname Hudini whilst awaiting trial in jail ) received his sentence on 16th May 2023. Almost three years to the day since his victim Rosalio Guttierez had been seen alive.
The County Court in Kenosha, Wisconsin saw no emotion from Zacharia Anderson, and in fact at times seems to smile with his attorney while she, Nicole Muller, seemed to enjoy his attention and react. In fact at times I felt it quite uncomfortable watching them together in court.
And yet at the same time, Zack Anderson would signal to his daughter to ‘zip it’ while she was giving her testimony.

But when it came to sentencing, his sidekick Nicole Muller was all ready for Zacharia’s family to get up and start giving statements as to how much of ‘nice guy’ he is?? really ???. This was denied by Judge Bruce Schroeder.
It came up in evidence from his daughter that he had taken her out at approximately 1am in the morning, on one his stalking escapades and left his 2 youngest children alone in the house, they were just 4 years old!. All because Anderson was an obsessed control freak and Rosalio was then dating Sadie Beacham, Zack Anderson’s ex and mother of his children.
With regards his Houdini nick name, a fellow inmate recalled Zacharia explaining how he use to be a big guy when he had asked about hiding a body, hence obtaining this nickname. At sentencing when Zacharia Anderson’s family were denied being able to get up and tell us how much of a wonderful man he is, Zack went into full force denying all his charges. Because Bruce Schroeder had explained only in circumstances where the defendant had achieved great things in life and this was a massive mistake etc. With that Zacharia Anderson then went on tto explain how he had been nice to someone in the court that had come up to him and was struggling with drugs – it didn’t forget to add in that the same man was related to someone in the court – an officer or someone ? Like this was going to half his sentence or something !!

On 16th May 2023 Zacharia Anderson was found guilty at trial in March of first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse and stalking. Gutierrez’s. Rosalio Gutierrez’s body has never been found.
This means for Rosalio’s friends and family – they will never have peace.
