In the case of FSU Law Professor Dan Markel, we are still looking for answers. We’ve had The Bump, the wiretaps, the proffer with Katherine Magbanua. Now we need to look further at some of the ploys, the alibi’s the excuses and the coincidences. From Tallahassee to Miami everyone is talking about this case. But now we need the answers. Charlie Adelson’s court date is coming soon (October 2023) and he will be on trial. Whose next in this case to stand trial? The Adelsons all stood back when Sigfredo Garcia and Luis Rivera stood trial. The Adelsons stayed quiet. And it looks like Wendi Adelson, Donna Adelson and Harvey Adelson are doing just the same thing again and watching Charlie Adelson go in the same direction. Detective Isom really did get a lot of information out of Wendi Adelson in that interview.
But in this video – let us listen to the mutual friend of both Dan Markel and Wendi Adelson. Almost seeming uncomfortable whilst giving the officer vital information, you can see almost feel how she wrestles with this.
This doesn’t sit easy for her, and yet she continues….. she continues because she knows she is doing the right thing by Dan and letting Tallahassee detectives know as much as she knows.
So far it has been so easy for Katherine Magbanua and Wendi Adelson to talk and say as much as they feel fit. And yet for Dan Markel and his children – they have to reply on whoever is left to stand his corner.
Jeffrey Lacasse so far has been standing alone – for all I knew. As I had never seen this tape. But thanks to Mentour Lawyer on Youtube I have been able to view and cheer for Lacasse and say “You have an ally!!”
So hang on in there Jeffrey, help is coming! we hope. And we now know that Wendi Adelson will see there are many people still around to stand in Dan Markel’s corner. But more importantly than Wendi – Ruth Markel, Phil Markel and Shelly Dan’s sister.
Charlie (Charles) Adelson will be the first of the Adelsons to stand trial in October 2023 – and for many, October cannot come quick enough.
